Acronis Backup 11.5: Backup Fails with "Another shadow copy creation is already in progress. Wait a few moments and try again." if Backing Up Multiple VMs

Update SnapAPI to 2377.

Symptoms

1. You create a backup of multiple virtual machines.
2. Several machines are successfully backed up until backup of one fails with:
   Another shadow copy creation is already in progress. Wait a few moments and try again.

Cause

Issue in the product.

Solution

This issue has been fixed. Please update the SnapAPI module:

1. Download SnapAPI2377 and unpack it.
2. Make sure no backup is running and close Acronis Backup console.
3. Start the .msi-installer and wait for the installation to complete.
4. Now you can start backup, it should run successfully.
