Symptoms
You created a backup that contains files/folders using non-UTF8 encoding in file names.
When browsing the recovery point the symbols in the name of folders are garbled and recovery is not possible. The backed-up folders do not contain the files.
Cause
Only UTF-8 and ASCII encoding are supported in the current version of Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud.
Support for non-UTF-8 characters in file names (for example Japanese hieroglyphs) is considered for implementation in the next versions of the product.
